As St Nicholas is a voluntary aided school, the governing board is the admissions authority for the school. Our governing board has chosen to work with Blackpool Council to co-ordinate all our admissions. Therefore, if you have just moved into the area, or your child is already attending a primary school in Blackpool and you are thinking of moving them to our school, please click here to take you to the application form which you must complete. Your application will then be forwarded to the school for our governors to decide whether or not a place is available.
If your child was born between 1st September 2017 and 31st August 2018, you must apply for a school place for September 2022. The closing date for applications is 15th January 2022. Parents should apply to the local authority in which they live, regardless of where their preferred schools are. Click here to apply to Blackpool Council and here to apply to Lancashire County Council.
This year, we will be holding an Open Evening for prospective parents on Thursday 7th October: the evening will begin at 6pm with a performance from our fabulous choir and a short talk by the headteacher. This will be followed by guided tours of the school. We look forward to seeing you there.
